Ahhhh, a new year...

So...it's been over a year since I created this blog. Shame on me for having the best intentions and lacking the follow through to make it a priority to keep up to date. My 2010 commitment is to do a post a week (or a really good post every 2 weeks.) Again, best intentions here - but life happens.

WHAT WOULD BEST DESCRIBE YOUR PERSONALITY? Dive In - Dave Matthews Band...story of my life. I do tend to Dive In...I fall into the moment - not thinking sometimes of the full consequence/outcome. But, this Diving In is really only in Deniseland, I am very calculated in decison making with Josh...and of course I also put Geoff at the forefront of m y mind in all decisions.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE IN A GUY? Half the Man I Used to be - Nirvana...there is something I do love about a man who takes matters into his own hands. I'm sure Kurt was talking about killing himself, where my husband would take other matters, like the security of his family, into his own hands.

HOW DO YOU FEEL TODAY? So Fly - 213...I will admit there are many times throughout the day I sing the hook of this song in my head :) Love it!

WHAT IS YOUR LIFE’S PURPOSE? Only You - 112...hmmmm, it should've been Only my Husband & Son lol!

WHAT DO YOUR FRIENDS THINK OF YOU? Only God Knows Why - Kid Rock...and I put all my faith into it.

WHAT DO YOU THINK OF YOUR PARENTS? Be Yourself - Audioslave...ironically growing up I felt like I could be anyone but myself. Now, as an adult, I see them in a different light & could never imagine being anyone but me.

WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT VERY OFTEN? Higher - Creed...I do often think that there has to be a better place out there. A place to forever keep my son safe from "Stranger Danger" and all the bad this world has to offer. A place to forever let me pick him up & snuggle no matter how old/big he is.

WHAT DO YOU THINK OF YOUR BEST FRIEND? Badfish - Sublime...really!?!?

WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE PERSON YOU LIKE? Rock'n Me - Steve Miller Band...I'm gonna keep this G rated people! Let's just say I love my husband more than anything & we have a healthy relationship.

WHAT IS YOUR LIFE STORY? Right Now - Van Halen...Kinda goes back to the whole Dive In as my description of my personality. I love my life, the paths I've chosen, the life I'm living. I am blessed, not lucky...blessed. I am also grateful, every day for so many things and people in my life...Right Now.

WHAT DO YOU WANT TO BE WHEN YOU GROW UP? Stupid Girls - Pink...And I think I've grown up to be the exact opposite. I don't live in a foggy cloud...I live with the real world in my face daily (please reference back to Higher)

WHAT DO YOU THINK WHEN YOU SEE THE PERSON YOU LIKE? Whatever You Like - T.I...He is my best friend, my confidant, my love. Whatever I can do for him to make his day better, make his load lighter, make the journey that much more fun...I'll do it. It's my job, and I take it seriously lol.

WHAT DO YOUR PARENTS THINK OF YOU? Sing for the Moment - Eminem...Growing up, I was so that girl. They always made me feel like I only had 1 shot. Again, as an adult I can see there were times when I really did only have that 1 shot, but there were other things that I was able to do over and give it my best.

WHAT WILL YOU DANCE TO AT YOUR WEDDING? So Far Away - Staind...love, love, Love this song! Also, a true testament of how I've grown as a woman, as a person...

WHAT WILL THEY PLAY AT YOUR FUNERAL? Never Too Late - Three Days Grace...enough said

WHAT IS YOUR HOBBY/INTEREST? Tomorrow Morning - Jack Johnson...I do have an interest in what's next :)

WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST SECRET? Poker Face - Lady GaGa...She is my secret obsession...I am a self proclaimed GaGa-holic :)

WHAT DO YOU THINK OF YOUR FRIENDS? Out of My Hands - Dave Matthews Band...love them, but I am not them. We are each different people and are responsible for ourselves when we're out.

WHAT SHOULD YOU POST THIS AS? Here Comes the Sun - The Beatles...it is kind of refreshing to read :) May this blog be the first of many more for this year...may I stay committed to this commitment :)
